The Human Resources Manager defines and implements, in line with the company’s strategic orientations, the human resources management and management policy (recruitment, training, remuneration, mobility, career management, career security, etc. .) of the structure in compliance with labor legislation. He develops or supervises the administrative management of personnel (individual files, payroll, etc.), controls the application of legal and regulatory obligations relating to working conditions and relations, organizes social dialogue and participates in internal communication operations related to business changes. He can participate in the definition of the strategic orientations of the structure.

His direct reporting to the general management gives him the main mission of supporting the development of the company in its individual and collective aspects. He can supervise a human resources team specializing in recruitment, social law, training or management careers.
